Although many answers to your questions can be answered using the information on the website, you may not be able to find the answer.

Here you will find frequently asked questions and the answers to them:

- How do I know if a product is in stock?
Answer: If you want to be sure whether a product is in stock or if you want to know what the delivery time of a product is, it is best to send an email to info@a4h-tech.com with the question whether a certain ''article number + description'' is in stock. You can also ''ask a question'' about the product via the advertisement of the product, referring to the stock/delivery time. In urgent situations you can also contact us by phone on working days between 09:00 - 18:00 on (+31) 0594 857193 .

80% of the products in our store are in internal or external stock and we can often process your order quickly (varying from a few hours to a number of business days).

Naturally it is possible that a product has an (unexpected) longer delivery time.
Upon receipt of your order, we will always inform you about this and offer any available alternatives. So keep a close eye on your mailbox.

We deliberately provide stock information about our products afterwards, because many suppliers do not offer a ''stock link system'' and we do not want to show '' estimates '' in advance, like many other web shops do (which are often incorrect and give you wrong information in advance).

- The product I am looking for is not on the website, what now?
Answer: If you cannot find a product on our website, it is possible to submit a request via email: info@a4h-tech.com or via our contact form. Please state an article number of the manufacturer or a clear description of the product in this message. An A4H-Tech.com representative will contact you as soon as possible.

- Do I have to create an account to order via the website?
Answer: No, you do not necessarily have to create an account to order via our website. You can register as a customer, but you can also place an order and complete it as a visitor. We do recommend registering for our newsletter, for example.


- What is left and what is right on a car if you indicate this on the website?
Answer: see the image below for a clear indication of the sides of the car that we use in product information or in product titles.


- When I place an order via my phone, it seems that the order has not been completed successfully. How is this possible?

Answer: Nowadays it is very difficult to get the website to function perfectly on all different types of mobile devices. It is therefore possible that the website does not provide a complete ''feedback'' to you as a customer once the order is completed. Please contact us as soon as this problem occurs and we will process your order manually.


- How long does it take before I receive my order at home?

Answer: This varies per product and per order. We ALWAYS contact you personally afterwards via email or telephone with information about the delivery time.
Our delivery times are always based on estimates and we try to meet these as much as possible. Of course it is possible that a shipment is delayed and we will try to inform you as soon and completely as possible. You can also (once the shipment has left A4H-TECH) consult the Track & Trace data that you have received from us via email.


- What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

Answer: We have a separate section with all information about ''damaged products'' and the follow-up process that must be followed below.


- I would like more (technical) information about a product, can I contact you for this?

Answer: Of course! You can always email or call us with a question about a product you found on the website. You can even email or call us for more information that may not be listed on our website (for example, an installation process and associated parts you want to purchase from us). We will always assist you as fully and extensively as possible. It is not for nothing that we have built up a very good reputation through our personal Honda knowledge and experience and the accompanying advice.


- Do you have a visiting address?

Answer: Ofcourse! You can visit us at the address below on working days between 09:00 - 18:00. We do request that you contact us in advance, as we often like to schedule a certain time due to the crowds so that other customers do not suffer from any delays at that time.
It is also sometimes possible that a product is not in stock, but can be in stock very soon. It is therefore also pleasant for you that you visit us at an agreed time.
